All registration fees paid for The AI Gap Executive Masterclass are subject to this Refund Policy. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable. Once your seat has been confirmed, cancellations initiated by the participant are not eligible for a refund.
If the organizers cancel the event and no alternative date or replacement session is offered, eligible participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will automatically remain valid for the new date. Refund requests due to rescheduling will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the organizers.
Participants who fail to attend the live session, arrive late, experience technical issues on their own end, or choose not to participate after registration will not be eligible for a refund.
Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and may take between 7–14 business days.
